Rumors are abounding re: a new designer drug called Green Sea Breeze, or Green-C's, spreading like a crystalized killer bee throughout the midWest. Police have recovered 2 grams of a green meth-like drug from a bust in an unspecified city street from an un-named dealer.
Based on what a severely drunk guy in a bar told me, and take that what it's worth, Green-C starts off as a simple, desirable high. However, in certain circumstances the drug causes unexpected side effects including a state of catatonia where external stimuli cease to influence the user. Or in other words, you go off your fucking head.
The DEA haven't commented on what the green stuff actually is, except it isn't methamphetamine.
